Replace Managerial Approver Does Not Update Approval List On Changed Request Process

On : 12.1.3 version,

The manager is not getting added to the approval list whenever manager is added using Change Managerial Approver option while changing the requisition.

To have the selected manager in the change managerial approver page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.(N) Internet Procurement or iProcurement responsibility >(TAB) Requisitions.
2. Select an existing requisition with approved PO and click the Change button.
3. Update the quantity and/or any other field then click next.
4. Click the Manage Approvals button
5. Click the Change Managerial Approver Radial Button.
6. Select the new approver and click the Submit Button
7. Approval list is not updated. It still shows the original before the change managerial selection.
