Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, CMRO
When attempting to return Material for the stock
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package AHL_PRD_MTLTXN_PVT Procedure Perform_Mtl_Txn
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in CMRO
2. Query a workorder
3. Select the Item to be returned
4. Click on Return button.
