Symptoms

An EMP-APL was hired into the primary assignment from an application which had a salary proposal.
When doing a cancel hire you get a warning message
APP-PAY-51033 Future Dated Salary Administration records exist.

Checking the original emp assignment, the salary update made on the application hire remains.
