After creating a Service Request, when saving it multiple times by clicking on the Save icon, numerous workflow notifications are launched.
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Customer Support
2. (N) Create Service Request form
3. Create a new SR
4. Click several times the Save icon
