Purpose

I understand I can setup substitution in formula by defining Item Substitution List Setup in Formulator responsibility.  Also there is a substitution functionality in ASCP, Item relationships and Decision Rules in Plan Options.  Does the substitution functionality in ASCP work with OPM items as well?
