Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to R12, Action messages are not coming in notifications of changes orders.
Users have to login and open the change order and then look at the action log to view messages.
This process should work as it did in 11i
1. Create a change order and go through workflow actions.
2. open the notification and then could see there is no messages under 'Action' section. It says
'No search conducted' instead of showing the action messages.
