Deadlock Issue Occurring In OTM. (Doc ID 1336147.1)

On OTM version 6.1.4 the following dead lock arises

Error Exception java.lang.NullPointerException

at glog.server.synch.object.ObjectLockMediatorID$1.onUnlock(
at glog.server.synch.object.ObjectLock.onUnlock(
at glog.server.synch.object.ObjectLocks$Hold.unlock(
at glog.server.wrapper.WrapperSessionBean.execDispatch(
at glog.server.wrapper.WrapperSessionServerSideEJBWrapper.execDispatch(
at glog.server.wrapper.WrapperSessionHome_a06097_EOImpl.execDispatch(

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Actual replicate steps are not know the deadlock was seen in the mediator.
