ATO Item Shipped in Decimal Quantity Causes Order to be Stuck in Interface Trip Stop (ITS) (Doc ID 1336156.1)

After ship confirming a sales order in the Shipping Transactions form, it is now stuck.
The delivery line status shows "Shipped" with Next Step "Run Interfaces".

When running the Interface Trip Stop (ITS) see the following message in the log file:

Error msg: ATO and PTO configurations except options of ATO model do not support decimal quantities.
Please enter an integer quantity for Line 5 and Item SWAGE-LOCKED STAIR TREAD.
