Performance issues when running Interface Trip Stop Concurrent Program.

Expect to run in a timely manner

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)-> OM Super User Responsibility ->Shipping -> Interfaces> Interface Trip Stop.
2. Using the delivery or trip stop id, run the process.
3. It can be observed that the Process takes a long time to complete

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process orders in a timely manner.
