Symptoms

When attempting to create a sales order from the Sales Order (OEXOEORD) form, get the following errors
Unconfirmed if issue is only for new customer (operating unit) or for previously installed customers (operating units)

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure Load_Cust_Trx_Type
User-Defined Exception in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure get_tax_calculation_flag


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open sales order form
2. Add header information, including order type = Example: ABCD
3. Tab to Line item
4. Receive error

Added a new operating unit.
