Symptoms
When attempting to hire an applicant, the following error occurs.
APP-DT-34605: Oracle ERROR ORA-0001 occurred writing to PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F
ATTEMPT TO COPY A ROW IN THE TABLE (NAMED IN ERROR MESSAGE)
ATTEMPT TO COPY A ROW IN THE TABLE (NAMED IN ERROR MESSAGE)
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Manager > people>enter and maintain
2. query employee
3. date track to 01-jul-2011 > hire applicant > select update
4. 'Active Applicants assignments' windows appears > select 'primary flag' > select ok > save
