Viewing Credit Memo Dispute Workflow Shows Administrator Buttons (Doc ID 1337692.1)

Log in as Collection Agent  and navigate to
Collection History > Query Dispute > right click and go to the Credit memo Workflow
Can see that there are administrator buttons available to Rewind, View Diagram, Update Attributes, Suspend Workflow and Cancel Workflow.
