The notification From field is not populated when the transaction is rejected by the recipient

Expect the notification From field to be populated when the transaction is rejected by the recipient.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Agis
2. Reject a inbound transaction
3. Check the worklist.
