Symptoms


For a new iStore customer and new credit card when trying to Place Order the following message is displayed:

Transaction completed successfully
Duplicate transaction. Transaction has previously completed successfully.
Transaction completed successfully
This order cannot be booked, please contact a customer representative.
Duplicate transaction. Transaction has previously completed successfully.
Credit card authorization for this order has failed. The order has been placed on Credit Card Authorization Failure Hold. (AMOUNT=10.50)
A hold prevents booking of this order.
There is an error in order submission.



Or the following error when trying place order again:

Error
A payment operation was successfully completed for the transaction; its extension entity is no longer updateable.
ERROR_RETURNED (API=IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.Create_Transaction_Extension )"

Changes

System Profile Option changes in 12.1 for iStore credit card authorizations.
