Symptoms
Customer uses form personalization to populate attribute20 (item type) on the order line.
Find that upon configuring the ATO Model, that the correct unit selling price is not returned to the Model line based on modifier that is expected to be applied. The modifier is setup with a custom qualifier which is derived by passing the following values in the custom qualifier's user value string: oe_order_pub.g_line.config_header_id, oe order_pub.g_line.config_rev_nbr and oe_order_pub.g_line.attribute20.
This occurs when profile OM: Send Changed Lines to Yes which is needed to improve performance.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the unit selling price to be displayed as a value greater than zero based on the modifiers application.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure order and finish
2. Examine the prices
Temporary Workaround
Set profile OM: Send Changed Lines to Pricing = No
When this is set, the correct unit selling price and list price are returned to the order line upon clicking finish button in configurator.
Due to performance reasons, cannot use as a permanent solution.
