Operating Unit Defaulting to ALL in IEXRCALL After Upgrading To 12.1.3, Why is This?

On the Collections Form when users enter an account and query it, our system used to automatically default to our specific Operating Unit instead of ALL.
Since we upgraded from 12.0.4 to 12.1.3, the OU no longer defaults on the Collections Form and now users have to keep changing the OU from ALL to our specific OU. We need to be able to default our OU again instead of seeing ALL. How can we do that?
