Need to restrict the list of values for note types in repository contracts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Contracts Workbench User
2. Open contract.
3. On tab Notes click on Add Note button.
In window Add Note you can select a value from LOV in field Note type.
This is the LOV that needs to be limited.
It shows the following values in the LOV:
4. Verify setup.
    Responsibility: Functional Administrator
    Core Services tab.
    Search for 'JTF_NOTE_TYPE'.
    Click on Update.
Do for instance not want value 'Callback'.
This is code ASF_CALLBACK. Cannot disable Enabled checkbox for this value.
5. Verify setup further.
    Resp. CRM Administrator, Vision Enterprises
NAV Notes Setup / Source and Note Type Mapping.
Window Source and Note Type Mapping opens.
Search on Source object OKC Repository Contract
Check the values. Check if value 'Callback' shows in the list or not.
