Error While Opening Universal Work Queue - APP-IEU-241011: Connection to UWQ Server could not be established. (Doc ID 1338714.1)

On : 12.1.1 version, UWQ

When attempting tonavigate to UWQ, the following error occurs.

"APP-IEU-241011: Connection to UWQ Server could not be established. You will not be able to do 'Get Work' for Media."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. TeleSales responsibility > UWQ form get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use UWQ.
