SR Header - Issues Moving / Hiding Some Address Fields With Folders (Doc ID 1338791.1)

Symptoms

Trying to create a folder and move some address fields.
There are some DFF (Data Felxfield) and LOVs (List of Values) attached to those fields and they refuse to be moved.
Looks very bad on the form.

Expected Behavior

When fields are moved on the folders, some fields leave a residue of the attached icons.

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
 - Create a new folder
 - Move the Customer Name, Address fields around.
 => The LOV and the Search icons attached to the fields does not move.
