Customer Form Issue: User-Entered Industrial Classifications in Customer Online Administration Are Not Shown in List of Values in Profile tab in the Customer Form

Symptoms

You create a new Classification  as follows:
Responsibility: Oracle Customers Online
Navigation: Administration > Classifications

And add new Classifications and Assign an entity :
Table Name : [HZ_PARTIES]
Condition: [WHERE PARTY_TYPE = 'ORGANIZATION']

Now when you create or edit a Customer form
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

Query a Customer or Create a new one
Navigate into the Profile tab at the Account Level
In the list of values in the Section Industrial Classifications, you expect to see the Classification you created above, but it is not on the list.
