Autoinvoice Issue: AutoInvoice Execution Report is Not Showing Validation Errors For Some Transactions

Symptoms

Oracle Receivables (AR): AutoInvoice Information Center > Troubleshooting AutoInvoice for Oracle Receivables Release 11.5 Through 12 > Troubleshooting Autoinvoice Import - Execution Report Errors (Request Status = Completed)  > Note Note 1339417.1
Autoinvoice rejects some records, but does not show any exceptions in the execution report output.  The AutoInvoice Execution Report output shows the Selected count and Rejected count, but no details and just shows:
