Symptoms

When attempting to upload transactions from WEBADI to AGIS, even after applying  <Patch 8966932:R12.FUN.B>  ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The Debit Amount and Credit Amount cannot be null. All transactions must be debit transactions or credit transactions.
