Symptoms

When running Enable Multiple Security Group Process, the following error occurs:

ORA-20001: Oracle error -20002: ORA-20002: 4016: User/Role relationship for user 'XXXXXXX' and role 'FND_RESP|PER|AME_BUS_USER_RESP|STANDARD' already exists. This has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT.
