Email Center Not Processing All Inbound Messages From Microsoft Exchange Server (Doc ID 1340555.1)

Symptoms

Some messages in Microsoft Exchange Server are not downloaded by the Download Processor.  The following error is reported in the Download Processor log:

javax.mail.MessagingException: Unable to load BODYSTRUCTURE at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPMessage.loadBODYSTRUCTURE(IMAPMessage.java:1117)
at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPMessage.getContentType(IMAPMessage.java:340)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.message.QueueDataParser.getAttachmentNameSize(QueueDataParser.java:167)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.message.QueueDataParser.dumpQueueData(QueueDataParser.java:120)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.PrepBroker.getQueueData(PrepBroker.java:436)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.PrepBroker.preprocess(PrepBroker.java:309)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.PrepBroker.procMails(PrepBroker.java:180)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.broker.BrokerHandler.procMail(BrokerHandler.java:75)
at oracle.apps.iem.emta.controller.Worker.run(Worker.java:156)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:662)

Changes

Upgraded to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
