Can we Associate Shift Differential Policy for a Specific Day? (Doc ID 1341017.1)

Goal

We have a work plan as below

Sunday 07:00 to 15:00
Monday 07:00 to 15:00
Tuesday 07:00 to 15:00
Wednesday 07:00 to 15:00
Thrsday 07:00 to 15:00
Friday Off Shift
Saturday Off Shift

When we work on Friday and Saturday we should be paid as below.

17:00 to 22:00 Overtime 175
22:00 to 06:00 Overtime 200

As per the OTL Functionality we can associate the premium based on the Start and Stop time using the Shift Differential Policy. But if I use this the employee will be getting this rules on every day.
How do we associate these rules on just Friday or Saturday.
