Browser Error On Page When Enter Any Field With A List Of Values (Doc ID 1341206.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation Non Catalog Request (NonCatalogRequestPG) :

When attempting to create a Non-Catalog Request, on tabbing to the Category field or Unit of Measure field, as soon as the user attempts to enter a value in these fields which normally trigger a List Of Values ("LOV"), an Internet Explorer ("IE") error is immediately rendered on the bottom left corner of the browser page.

Due to this issue, users cannot complete Non-Catalog Request and are confused as to what the error means.

Issue is reported with IE versions 7 and 8.

In the bottom left corner of the browser, users see the IE error message:

Click on the error, and an IE Dialog Message Box  is presented:

Steps To Reproduce
1. Sign on to Application.
2. Select Responsibility: iProcurement.
3. Navigate: iProcurement + Home-page
4. Click Shop Tab, access Sub Menu: Non-Catalog Request.
5. Create Non Catalog Request.
6. Enter Item Description.
7. Tab to next field, Category.
8. On entering any value in the field, an LOV should be triggered, however an IE error immediately appears in the bottom left corner of the web page.
-- The Same Error also occurs when tab to the Unit of Measure field.
