Symptoms

The PARGDR PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project process does not generate revenue and gives the following rejection reason:

'The project does not have an eligible event or expenditure items'

and the PA_EVENTS.REVENUE_DISTRIBUTED_FLAG = D when the process completes.

This occurs for both manual events or automatic events.
