Goal

How does one resolve the following issue ?

1.Bills of Material (BOM) Responsibility -> Bills -> Bills -> Create one ATO model BOM

Model : <model>
Option Class: <model class>
Options: <option 1>; <option 2>

 In BOM, the <option 1> has the decimal quantities.


2.In Order Management Responsibility -> Order Management -> Orders,Returns -> Sales Orders, Line Items Tab ->  Enter Order with Item: <model>

Click Configurator Button

The following error appears:

APP-ONT-251005: There were error(s) in processing you request:

oracle.apps.cz.dio.model.InvalidBomExplosionException:Decimal values are not allowed as the default quantity for the component with Item Sequence Number 10,Item Name <option 1>,and Parent Name XXXX
