Goal

You have created a bankruptcy status for your customer. You approved the bankruptcy and completed any manual work items, still the customer does not return when you query the account number in the Bankruptcy form, Resp = Collections HTLM Manager >> Oracle Collections >> Delinquencies >>
Bankruptcy >> enter acct number
