When performing any action on the Invoice Workbench below error occurs:

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Payables responsibility

2. Open Invoice Workbench

3. Try to create Invoice/Query Invoice/ Apply Prepayment etc.
