Issue with Carrier Response Template in Oracle Transportation Management (Doc ID 1341876.1)

Symptoms

There is no place in the Cost Model application to specify the value that defaults to the UOM_VAR_COST field in the Carrier Response Template. In Sourcing > Setup > Cost Model, even though the Cost Model ID's are named 'DEFAULT_MI_VAR_COST_MODEL, for example, there is nowhere to default the value other than 'MI'. The Carrier Response Template includes the 3 valid values for this field (MI, KM, PALLET), but the value that defaults to the CRT (Excel) file will always be 'MI'. Customer might want to run a bid in Canada, and have the default value be 'KM'. How to achieve this?
