Symptoms

When applying patches get the following error:
ALTER SEQUENCE INV.MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE_S MAXVALUE 2147483647

AD Worker error:

ORA-04009: MAXVALUE cannot be made to be less than the current value

Changes

Can appear when applying patches containing invitem.odf
