Error while creating Poland Bank Account: Please enter a value of 16 characters for the Account Number (Doc ID 1341909.1)

Goal

When attempting to bank account creation for Poland, system is not accepting account number more than 16 characters. If the bank account number is more than 16 characters, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Please enter a value of 16 characters for the Account Number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management Responsibility > Setup> Bank Accounts
2. Try to create bank account of Country: Poland
3. Enter bank name and account number more than 16 character:
Error appears: Please enter a value of 16 characters for the Account Number.

As per Cash Management User-guide:
Poland: Validation Rules
The Account Number field is required and the value entered should be less than 25 numeric digits

Due to the issue, users cannot create bank accounts for Poland as per Cash Management User-guide
