In R12.1.3, when trying to restore an inactive contact in Oracle Customers Online (OCO), users are receiving the following error:
The record in table HZ_parties cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user.
Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Customers Online Superuser
Navigation: Customers tab
- Search for a customer
- Select Relationships > Contacts on the left
- Click on View History tab
- then click on Restore. The error appears.
