Diagnostic Apps Check OMCHECK.sql Returning Incorrect Java File Versions (Doc ID 1342636.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When Users run the Diagnostic Apps Check (OMCHECK.sql) either manually or through the Applications reports menu, it is returning the wrong version of BaseTransaction.java as well as incorrect versions of other java and class files.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Apps Check output shows BaseTransaction.java 120.57.12010000.4 but the Users expect BaseTransaction.java 120.57.12010000.8, after applying a patch.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to submit the concurrent program using an Order Management responsibility:
- Navigation: Reports, Requests > Run Requests
- Submit a Single Request
- Name: Diagnostics: Apps Check
- Parameters:
Application 1: Inventory
- Submit the request
