After implementing PCP, when performing a shutdown of CP Node2 (failover condition), previously created concurrent request output and log files from Node2 cannot be viewed, the following error occurs.

"Error : An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_NODE2. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_NODE2 may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PCP setup
2. Run a concurrent program from node2
3. Shutdown node2
4. Try to view the log files

Changes

Shutdown of Node2 and everything migrates ok to Node1.
