"Account" Related Nodes not Displayed in UWQ Via "Collections Agent" Responsibility (Doc ID 1343088.1)

Symptoms

When the "Universal Work Queue (UWQ)" is accessed via the "Collections Agent" responsibility, the following "Account" related nodes are not displayed :

  • Delinquent Accounts
  • Strategy Work Items: Account
  • Broken Promises: Account


However, when the UWQ is accessed via the "Receivables Manager" responsibility, the same nodes are displayed properly.
