Main Appraiser Unable To Update Appraisal (Doc ID 1343332.1)

Symptoms


Find that a Manager is not able to make any changes to ongoing appraisals.  There are no buttons on the page except 'Printable Page'. 



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as employee and share appraisal with main appraiser
  2. Main appraiser logs in and selects appraisal and clicks on 'Details' icon of the Ongoing appraisal
  3. No buttons are available on the appraisal page except 'Printable Page' so main appraiser is unable to do anything
  4. Also noticed that no notification is generated for main appraiser for his attention
