Parts Requirement HTML Screen Does Not Send Records to Mobile Field Service Clients (Doc ID 1343605.1)

Symptoms

Find that parts requirements created on the Parts Requirements HTML page are not getting synchronized to Mobile Field Service devices (Laptop or PocketPC).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Spares Management responsibility.
2. Open Part Requirement HTML page.
3. Fill all mandatory data.
4. Click on Search button.
5. Select Source Organization and click on 'Create Order' button.
6. Once created, synchronize the mobile client to see if the parts requirement is visible there
