Error Occurs When Generating Bip Report For SR Created Via Email (Doc ID 1343685.1)

When attempting to generate report for an auto created SR from the Customer Support Specialist service request page the following error occurs.

'An error encountered either due to invalid Template details or due to null Data Input Stream.'

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a email to Email Center which triggers SR auto-create rule
2. SR is created through Email Center
3. In CS HTML (e.g. responsibility 'Support Specialist, Vision Operations'), query up the SR, then choose 'Generate Report' in the actions drop-down menu
4. Click Run then got the error
