APP-IEU-241077 Error On Launching Service Request Workbench From UWQ

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Work management
When attempting to open a service request from UWQ
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"APP-IEU-241077: None of the source Document function could be launched from this responsibility.Please contact your system administrator"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Assign the service request to a user, now login to the instance using the assigned users details.
2.Go to responsibility Customer Support => Universal Work Queue
3.Now, click on service request on the workbench.
It will show you all the service requests assigned to you and your group,
click on the 'Group Owned' ,
Now on the right hand side, it will list down all the service requests assigned to your group.
Now, click on any of the service requests and it gives this error, ideally it should open the service request workbench for the selected SR.
