Authorizations Fail after Paymentech Port Re-Connect (Doc ID 1344500.1)

Symptoms

The following scenario was tested with Paymentech:

Authorizations are initially going through successfully.
Paymentech intentionally drop the connection to the online socket authorization port.
Find that authorizations start to fail after Paymentech drop the port.
Paymentech then reconnect the port, however authorizations still fail.
