Credit Card Payment Method Profile Option and System Option Credit Card Receipt Method Don't Match (Doc ID 1344596.1)

Symptoms

Two issues with the following options in iReceivables:

Profile Option:
OIR: Credit Card Payment Method

iReceivables System Option:
Credit Card Receipt Method

1. The LOV for each of the above options pulls different values. They should pull the same list of values as they are the same setting.
2.  For consistency, they should also be named the same.
