Perform PO Receipt Putaway Error Invalid LPN (Doc ID 1344860.1)

Symptoms

Once receiving a purchase order into an LPN, part of the received quantity is to be dropped to PICK subinventory and the rest is to be dropped to BULK subinventory as packed into the LPN being dropped.
When attempting to drop the remaining quantity to BULK subinventory, the LPN being dropped gets defaulted in "Into LPN" field of Drop LPN page which is fine, but when entering into this field the following error occurs.

The problem does not occur when the drop to BULK subinventory is done separately, ie through another transaction. When doing the drop to PICK first and then immediately afterwards (part of same putaway transaction) to BULK that the error is raised.

-- Steps
1. Go to WMS Mobile > Inbound > PO Receipt
Enter the PO details
Generate the LPN
Complete the receive transaction
2. Go to Tasks > Putaway
Drop part of the received quantity to PICK subinventory
3. Try to drop the remaining quantity into BULK subinventory as packed into the LPN being dropped
In Drop LPN page:
Set "To Sub"=BULK
Select a locator as "To Loc"
See the LPN being dropped is defaulted in "Into LPN" field
Keep this value
See the reported error at the bottom

Changes

The problem started to occur after upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. The problem does not occur in 11.5.10.2.
