Symptoms
On: 11.5.10.2 Oracle Applications,
Only when attempting to query SYSADMIN in User Define form (FNDSCAUS.fmx) with the following navigation:
System Administrator / Security / User / Define,
the following error occurs:

APP-FND-01572: Invalid foreign key data was found for this record.
Value abcd for column CUSTOMER_ID does not exist in table ICX_CUSTOMER_CONTACT_LOV.
