Symptoms


On : 11.5.10.2 version, Setup forms and programs

When attempting to open the accounts hierarchy manager, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The application was unable to instantiate the TCF SocketServer running at https://<host.domain>:<port>/oa_servlets.Please contact your system administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup -> Accounts -> Manager
