Case Folder Sales Person Data Is Blank

Sales person data in case folder is showing blank.
Select customer to check for Salesperson on the customer record.
Customer number 4123, see there is no Salesperson defined on customer record.
Check the Account level, under the Contacts tab, no one is defined.
On the Analysis Tab > Check the case folder already existing for the customer in Created status.
Click the Update icon to open the case folder.
Notice the Salesperson field is null on the case folder.
Go back into Customer > Standard and follow steps in <Note 162471.1> to add a Salesperson to this customer.
Open the Bill To and select Salesperson from the List of Values (LOV) and save.
Reopen the Bill To, checking that the Salesperson is showing as expected, and it is.
Go To: Oracle Credit Management
Click on the Analysis tab and click the Update icon for the existing case folder.
You will see that the Salesperson is now populated, but not with the person you entered in Customer > Standard.
