Symptoms

     When trying to assigning a specific person to a project between a specific date range, there is the error :    row 1 error - You cannot create a schedule for this person

     Then, when running the concurrent program "PRC : Maintain Project Resource" for this person, there is the error : PA_EMP_LOCATION_AMBIGOUS for this date range.
