FADEPR - Depreciation Program

Symptoms

When depreciation method is "USE TRANSACTION PERIOD BASIS" (NBV base, rate source is Table)
and when adding an asset with backdated date placed in service (DPIS), the system is calculating depreciation amount incorrectly.

When the depreciation method is "USE TRANSACTION PERIOD BASIS" (NBV base, rate source is Table) and a Cost Adjustment is made, the system is calculating depreciation amount incorrectly.
