Symptoms
When attempting to save any receipt with INVENTORY destination, the form doesn't respond.
Even when trying to save receipt when closing the form, the transaction doesn't get saved.
No error message thrown.
The same issue is faced in the Receipt as well as Receiving Transactions form.
Able to perform deliver transactions successfully for Expense Destination.
Issue is faced for PO as well as RMA receipts.
There is no issue with the Receive transactions.
The problem exists for PO shipments and RMA's having receipt routing as Direct Delivery.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query a PO in Receipts form
2. Try to save the receipt with Inventory destination.
3. Face this issue.
4. Change the destination to Receiving.
5. Able to save the receipt.

This issue may be faced after upgrading from a prior release.
